I asked this lawyer to look into a living trust for my mother. Unfortunately he persuaded her to go with a testamentary trust. When asked why he responded my mother had concerns retitling property. My mother denied this emphatically and stated it was never brought up. I believe his services are too expensive for the quality/quantity of work performed. Unhappy and would not recommend.
