Dealt with Mr. Houser 2007-2008. Hired him to assist me with my motor vehicle claim. Mr. Houser rarely returned calls, and when he did it was after I had to call back 5 times begging for a response. After talking to Mr. Houser about my disatisfaction he always reassured me he would try better to return calls and emails. He blamed it on an overload of cases (as if he has no say in how many cases he can take on). He promised numerous times to work better with me and provide better service but continued to ingore my communications. The few times I did work with Mr. Houser I spotted a number of errors in the demand letter he produced to submit to the insurance company. I also noticed he had trouble remembering pertinent facts about my claim. He did not fight to get me a higher amount and tried to make me accept the first offer from the insurance co. The final offer was low as well. He never seemed interested in fighting for me. His assistance is worse then him. Not recommended. unsatisfied
