Kevin was the worst lawyer please do not hire him. He doesn't call back. He did nothing for me except charge me money for nothing! He caused more problems. He's also very rude!

Most unprofessional. Showed up for court n he never notified the court or his client that he was on trial. Horrible lawyer! So disrespectful

I totally agree with all the reviews here. Do not under any circumstances hire Kevin Werner. He will never return your phone calls. Even his secretary Carol will totally ignore you. I have no idea how this guy is even in business. He is a total waste. Dont hire him!!!

Take your 4K retainer and rather than give it to him, have it changed into quaters and flush them down the toilet one at a time. Thay way on the off chance the toilet backs up, you can feel like a winner. Does not return phone calls. E-mails average two weeks for a response w/o any of the questions being answered.

Werner will never return phone calls. He's totally unprepared and I would not recommend him. Hire someone else unless you like being ignored, and throwing away money.

Kevin Werner represented me several years ago in my divorce. His mistakes, omissions, false assurances, and bad advice wound up costing me several thousand dollars in IRS payments, and burdened me with an absurd future financial obligation to my ex-wife. He never took any responsibility for any of this. I also learned that he will ignore you. If you have a problem and call his office, he will NEVER return your call. If you need paperwork clarified and mail or fax it to him, he will never respond. As someone who was supposed to safeguard my interests during a tough, emotional time, he simply did not do his job, and I strongly advise anyone out there not to use him as your attorney.
