Mr. Philbin did not advocate for me at all. In fact, he seemed far more interested in amusing the other lawyer, who was his friend. He ignored my instructions, accused me of lying, and when I asked to be informed about relevant things like court dates, he screamed at me for ten minutes. Like most narcissist, he pours on the charm at the first meeting, then expects you to sit passively while he botches your case.
