This man should not be filing false deed information that he never attempted to verify. He appeared to care less when presented with the facts! This is why lawyers get called "paid liars"! There should be repercussions for such conduct!

Prepared and registered a non-warranty with a total lack of due diligence. Never attempted to verify any of the information or the information sources. Then bragged that he was only paid to register the document and that he had no responsibility for the veracity of the document he legally filed. A totally insipid and arrogant man, totally lacking in professional conduct. Needs to go back to Mercer College for some rework.
