The only time I talked to the attorney was at the initial consultation. I never talked to her again, only her paralegals. There is a new paralegal every month and no one knew anything about my case when I called. They all had to put me on hold (which I was charged for) to spend 15 minutes looking up my case. I felt unsecured that I could not talk to the attorney that I was paying for.
