Is ALWAYS prepared for trial. He got me over 3 times what the insurance company offered. He is very detailed and will get you what you deserve. is very upfront and doesn't pull any punches. will absolutely use him again if the need arises.

I really liked the way Mr. Critzos handled my care the entire time. His office kept me informed of what was going on from the beginning to the end. I will recommend him to my friends and family as well. Ms. Banks.

The Good.John seems to be knowledgeable in regards to the law. The bad, Critzos lack of communication, negative attitude, and attention to detail. Many of my question in regards to my case went unanswered. Everything just seemed routine. I settled for less than the insurance company's initial offer and do not recommend him.
