*	8/25/17	4	1	2	1	2	The Good.John seems to be knowledgeable in regards to the law. The bad, Critzos lack of communication, negative attitude, and attention to detail. Many of my question in regards to my case went unanswered. Everything just seemed routine. I settled for less than the insurance company's initial offer and do not recommend him.

	7/6/16	5	5	5	5	5	Mr.Critzos is an exceptional attorney. My accident was very minor, however I was always shown courtesy and respect. Mr.Critzos and his staff are very polite and eager to help. He always had time to answer my questions and never got upset if I didn't understand. He made sure I received the care that I needed. I definitely will be using him again.
