I contacted this office over 3 weeks ago and was given an appointment for a visit with Brad Davis. I even received a call letting me know that the firm had not forgotten me. My appointment was for 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday. I contacted the office on Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. and left a message with a few questions and mentioned that I MIGHT need to reschedule IF a time was available around 2 p.m. the same day as my original appt. I was contacted at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday morning (the day of the appt) and told the answers to my questions (related to parking) and that if I could not make the 10:00 a.m time slot that I could be rescheduled to Friday. I took my daughter to her appt and headed to Seattle for my 10:00 a.m. appt and received a call at 8:50 a.m. stating that Brad Davis was not only canceling my appt because of the "misunderstanding" related to my message the prior day, but that he would not see me at all because just had no room in his case load. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
