My wife was stopped in Virginia on the interstate & charged with misdemeanor reckless driving due to speed [under the tough Virginia statues.] We chose Mr. Coale to represent her primarily because of his expertise and experience as a former prosecutor & he managed to get the charge negotiated down so that it wasn't a misdemeanor. We trusted him to fight for her without us being in the courtroom & I don't think anyone else could have fought harder or done any better and I highly recommend him. She had a second charge of not wearing a seat belt and the fine for that charge was reduced as well. He is an excellent litigator and I felt extremely lucky to have chosen him!
