I used Mary Kay for a child custody case. She and her staff were awesome. She was up front about the good and bad ways it could turn out. She faught hard. I went from 0 time with my child to 65% custody. I have and would recommend her to everyone I know.

was in court against her...she lied to the judge about getting an emergency order...whether or not I was given notice of hearings...she would have her clerk send my notice of hearings after the actual hearing dates. Total ****...and she brags about how bad she cheats the system. Her partner was shot due to his grudges he created for the same thing.

She represented me when my ex-wife went to CO Child Support claiming I hadn't paid child support in a year (she let me have him for that entire year). The evidence was overwhelming and Mary Kay Kramer won the decision. However, she failed to notify my ex of the hearing and Child Support appealed the ruling and took my to court AGAIN!! How do you make that kind of mistake??? I fired her.

Work with this lawyer for 6 month regarding child custody - paid her over $7000. Have a new effective lawyer now who says, time after time, "Why the hell did (or didn't) Mary Kay do...." In my opnion Mary Kay Kramer is incompetent, over priced, over billing lawyer
