Nightmare! Brad's attention to detail is poor, work was mistake ridden, and he closed our file prior to finishing the job. Mr. Person will not return phone calls or emails. We paid him a lot of money ($5750) only to feel like much of what he did is incorrect, has to be redone, or was not delivered. Nearly nine months later, we have yet to receive title insurance policies purchased at closing. The title insurance company says policies were not administered. Mr. Person has not contacted us with reasons why not. We still haven't received the titles and other legal documents produced during our relationship. We even hired another lawyer to retrieve the documents but Mr. Person would not cooperate. Legally, these documents belong to the client.
