I retained Katharine Maddox over 3 years ago for child custody and child support issues concerning my daughter and it was the best decision I ever made. Ms. Maddox knew my case front and back and was extremely knowledgable about the law. She made it clear that her first priority was the right thing for my daughter and always told me what I NEEDED to hear not necessarily what I WANTED to hear which was important to me. It made going into every negotiation, deposition and court hearing less overwhelming and I always had all the important information so I never felt blindsided. Ms. Maddox was extremely thorough and impressively prepared. I was far from her only client but often felt as though I was. All calls and emails were returned in a timely fashion and all questions were answered in detail. No matter how frustrated I was Ms. Maddox always listened and kept the focus on my daughter. I could not have gotten through the last 3 years without her help, knowledge and support.
