Consorts with Police - told me to take a guilty plea on one charge and Crown would drop the others. Didnt tell me that he knew the Police were in the wrong and the whole case should have been thrown out- Police did not return items ordered by the Judge, told me when i spoke to him,,that hes not going to take on the POLICE in a small town where he has to live- then refused to take nay further action with a simple "im not your lawyer anymore , that ended with the guilty plea at trial" Then accepted evidence in another matter and didnt sign a release of keep it in a secure location- now its tainted evidence that i cant use...this guy is a joke- your typical Legal Aid lawyer- doesn't care what the circumstances are - horrible service- this is a guy had gotten on like an old piece of cheese. Still refuses to return the items until I send him cash- Law society has many complaints
