This lawyer, while knowing his business and being on top of the process, totally changed his *tune* just days before we were to go to trial, talking to me of agreeing with the other side for my best good until I gave in. Therefore, I lost all the money I had spent for his services (since I didn't win) and I forfeited several things important to me, that I have to live with for the next 4 or 5 years, both financial and in status. If Mr. Berger will not dance with the 'other side' and truly provide service to his own client, I believe he could be one of the best lawyers in the business because he has the knowledge and tenacity to be so.
