This man will not settle the case, when it is in your favor, if he feels he can get more money. He will not look after your best interests, just money for himself. He will charge as much as he can, and after you are done, try to collect fees via another attorney who works in tandem with him in a collection process.

Mr. Cavallo represented my husband after his divorce in a host of issues: child support, visitation and finally custody. He wasn't like other lawyers that my husband had, ready to take the word of my ex-husband's ex-wife and just settle and take the easy way out. He took my husband's ex-wife to court, and forced her to prove what she was accusing my husband of doing. She couldn't. She was exposed as the liar that she is. Before that he made sure he had all the records that he needed to prepare the case and he made sure to let her and her lawyer know that we meant business. Highly recommended.

Victor Cavallo was undoubtedly the best lawyer I've ever dealt with. He was dedicated and committed to winning my case, which he did. He had an uncanny ability to make you feel like you are his most important client. I recommend him emphatically.

Victor Cavallo is a money-hungry shark that steals from his clients. My experience with him was extremely negative and I would never recommend him to anyone in the future. He acted like he was dedicated to our case at the beginning, then became more and more complacent over time. When it came time for the trial, we had to pull his arm to get him to even get anything done. He would hang up on us during phone calls, saying he had to go, then charge us for the call. DO NOT EMPLOY VICTOR J. CAVALLO!!!
