	2/3/16	1	1	1	1	1	David Hudgins was my attorney of record on a personal injury case. He withdrew from my case after four years just two months before the case was scheduled to go to trial. He is not an experienced trial attorney. He is just a litigator. When he realized my case would have to go to trial, he bailed. He is manipulative and very deceitful. He failed to submit discovery requests essential to winning my case. He failed to file for loss of consortium on behalf of my spouse which would have added significant additional value to my case. All of his actions related to my case were primarily self-serving. Do not trust this lawyer. He is not worthy of trust.
