HE DOESN'T GIVE COMPLETE INFO AND THEN CHARGES WHEN YOU HAVE TO GO BACK AND GET IT FROM HIM--INFO THAT HE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HE HAS--YOU HAVE TO PIN HIM DOWN TO GET HIM TO 'REMEMBER' IT AND THEN GO RETRIEVE IR FROM HIS COMPUTER.
