I can't emphasize enough how much I would avoid Bob Goldman as he demonstrated a lack of integrity and honesty. He was dishonest from the start. He promised a certain rate and then charged a high multiple of that amount. Secondly he did not represent our firms interests and on multiple occasions violated attorney–client privilege by sharing confidential details of the case with outside parties without asking for our permission. There is a reason why he is no longer serving in Boston, and the reputation he is building as a small-town attorney is a disgrace to the institution and others within his field who act with professionalism and integrity.
