Smooth talk, great yellow page ad, raves about associates even when warned. Cost more to have firm than no lawyers at all. Warned about his exorbitant fee practices by another firm. Incompetent, inept, expensive, non-responvive, no follow thru, uninformed, even after being informed. Bar complaint being filed. Damage suit contemplated. Yellow page ad being investigated.
