Kelly Miller was hired by me. I received a handwritten subpoena from Judge Karp to appear for my divorce hearing during a hurricane evacuation. My husband's attorney was G. Terry Hubbard. Kelly explain to me that my husband's attorney was friends w/Judge Karp & play golf together,& G.Terry Hubbard would sit in for Judge Karp, when judge Karp to take vacations. SO It was no surprise that Kelly E. Miller game favoritism with the judge by doing this to me & went right along w/the plan when judge Karp and G.Terry Hubbard "threw me under the bus" & forced me to settle out of court 9/27/2004! Miller is THE epiphany of a Backwoods Southern Lawyer! NOTE: Kelly informed me the day after my hearing that I no longer owed her any of the money that was due to her! YET The Lord has been very good to me! And I have no doubt, Kelly E Miller is going to have to face God for what she did. Kelly Miller is a puppet for judge Karp, never trust horrible attorney, she only looks out for greedy evil self.

My baby boy was taken at the age of 10 weeks on Oct 24, 2011. He is now almost 7 months old. She filed no appeals, didn't subpoena a single witness, speak a single word in my defense and I had to bring what little case plan documents DFCS gave me. I foolishly believed her when she said cooperating with DFCS was the quickest way to get my baby back. I have cooperated to the letter with their case plan but, DFCS is able to screw me because my counsel has done nothing I asked since I signed the case plan. I could've gotten better results without her "service". I have never done drugs or been arrested and I am an honorably discharged 3-time deployed Army veteran. Her totally complicit attitude with Judge Stone, and chummy attitude with DFCS has done my family more harm then good.

I am going to file a complaint with the state bar association. I could've done a better job myself. She didn't bring in any paperwork, case files and, she didn't subpoena anybody in my defense. Also, she didn't speak in my defense, she just let Judge Patricia Stone allow DFCS to steal my children. Even for free she is a rip-off.
