She was hired and paid $2500 in advance of our court date to represent me for child support and a few minor issues with my case, nothing too serious. To my shock and surprise, she showed up to court unprepared to perform and postponed the hearing. I kept my cool as she explained that she would get the child support modified and talk to the judge concerning other issues. That was the last I heard from her. She moved out of her office without any notification and did not answer my texts, emails, or calls. The next time I saw her was in The Daily Journal for felony DUI with her minor kids in the car. I filed to have her removed as my attorney and represent myself. She never showed up to the hearings and finally responded to asking me to not remove her as my attorney. She is a compulsive liar, like no other. I filed a complaint with her the Tennessee Bar Association for her behavior. She was supposed to return my money and the file of my case. I have not received either one.
