Not a communicator, very slow in expressing himself, doesn't do follow up to emails or phone calls, to keep client updated unless client calls in, which the client is charged for phoning in to ask a question or sending an email to him. Unprofessional greeting, such as "law office!" Not a good client/lawyer atmosphere. Fees were unreasonable for the amount of work or lack there of that was done. Client did most of the work and research himself to obtain important information for a resolution of an important part if the case.
