Emmett McCall was a fine lawyer who passed away december 11, 2007. He was always my first choice when selecting a mediator.

As a realtor representing the buyer at closing emmit mccall failed to make the any effort to close a difficult situation in which a 2nd mortgage with an individual exceeded the purchase price by $1-2OOO. His assitant mislead me that this had been resolved and was not informed of this until i was in the room with our client to buy their first home. In front of our clients he asked me and the other realtor to cut our commision to "make the deal work" Because we did not want seem greedly in front of our client by putting the purchase of their house at risk i and the other realtor conceded. I have hated hime ever since.
