He is a total fraud. He over bills, is extremely unorganized, and when speaking on the phone you cannot understand a word he says. My outcome wasn't terrible but he was. He is a true con artist and he doesn't charge a flat rate. He just bilks you until you cannot handle it anymore. NEVER use him!
