Local is not always better, the guy comes off like he will do a great job. Fact is, he has no real PUSH. Communication is terrible, and the money clock ticks only in his favor. Suggest you hire an attorney that is a go-getter!

Mr. Spann is a great lawyer especially in the courtroom. Maybe he could call you back sooner, but it's usually worth the wait. He can be expensive no doubt about it but that's lawyers for you. Can't argue with the outcome. Hint: if you don't want to eat up your whole retainer, don't call to chat and set up meetings all the time to check on your case. He will let you know when something important happens.
