Nov.2017 Never returns calls, didn't show up for court countless times had public defender stand in for her 5 times, lied about court appearences I reported her and her partner James Tyrell to the State Board.

I have given this attorney $8000 of hard earned money nothing in return, but incompetant paralegals and canceled appointments and court dates. We have spoken to Sharon only twice in nearly a year since retaining her. The first was when we met for our initial consultation when she promised to fight for us.We have yet to actually see how she handles herself in a courtroom because she has not shown up due to her office calling to tell us she cant make it. Stuck in traffic blah blah blah. Bottom line our first paralegal was an incompetant on the job trainey. The second admitted she had over 90 cases she was handling. Sharon was right there to meet us at that first consultation to tell us how she would fight for us and take that retainer. Since then its been misstep after misstep and wasted time billed directly to us. Sharon in my opinion seems to have spread herself too thin taking on more clients than she can possibly represent.

I was told its $3500 for a devorce. $12000.00 later and almost 2 years later. Not done. Finished in cort 3 manths ago. She somehow found a way to bill me anouther $3000.00 and still has not finalized devorce. Do it yourself before you hire brunner. Worst possable choice hiring her. DON'T USE BRUNNER.I feal she took mote advantage of me than my ex wife. They do not accept my calls trying to find out whats going on. They blow you off.THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I EVER MADE WAS USING HER. The week before we went to court. She took anouther case and said she couldn't make it that day. After being on court calinder 6 months. She gave anouther guy my case. I felt like they were working for my ex wife. I can not enfacize it enough. WHATEVER YOU DO. DO NOT USE THIS ATTURNY. I FELT THEY WERE COMPLEATLY INCOMPETENT

Her knowledge of the field is obivously what she knows, she earned the tiltle I wills say that. Her communication is HORRIBLE, the worst wether the defendent or the respondent representing yourself in the case. Work quality is not of much value; her paralegal is not quite and expert in customer service at all for an office who claims not to leave your personal matters to strangers, apparently she will treat you like family, if that is the case her family did not give her a great example of compassion and it clearly shows in her work quality and ethic. after 13 months of a attempting to dissolve a marriage my husband and I reconcile, and the value of her work deterriorated to it's worst. She nor her office submitted the dismisal to the court on my husband's behalf. She is an attorney who will ask for payment of her services she has a potential to serve but in reality she is not staffed correctly for her own workload and her customer sercive does not compensate for the poor quality of w

Ms. Brunner is outstanding! Not only was she there in a recent & complicated matter, her paralegal was immediately available, on location, even with a personal pending emergency. I would not trust any other attorney in custody disputes. She provided immediate resolution. She was prompt every step of the way, she did not deter from denials but continued providing case work until the court agreed with her requests. I cannot begin to assess the hard work that she did on my & my sons behalf, she listened, she guided and she acted in very emotional situations, remaining calm, focused and professional. Her office had no delays in providing anything or distributing it where it needed to be directed. I would recommend her 100%

I hired Ms. Brunner for a child custody, visitation, child support case. From the moment I met with her I knew I wanted her to represent me. Her and her staff kept me up to date on my case. Ms. Brunner remembered every detail of my case and I knew I was in good hands every time we went to court. Thanks to Ms. Brunner in the end I was awarded full legal and physical custody of my daughter.

Her staff is rude and uneducated. NO RETURN Calls. Filings made at wrong court creating numerous issues and increased fees. Current paralegal advises clients on incorrect legal issues. They call for more money but can produce no results. Constant continuations, sending substitute attorneys. Would never recommend.

Bad commincation , there call backs are terrible. Actually they never call back. Impossible to talk to Brunner. Brunners Criminal case lawyer has no value for there clients.

I just could not believe this place I never say the attorney always only her worker Penny which never returned my calls...I was very frustrated I thought I was gonna be able to look up to my lawyer for her advice but never was able to meet with her

This office has kept me well informed and always return my calls. Nick always remembers every detail of my case and when I spoke with Sharon she knew every detail without me having to explain the situation again. I have had a good experience so far, my case is still pending....

This attorney's office has very poor customer service and does not listen to what their client wants. Instead the attorney decides what she thinks is best for the situation and follows her own agenda and doesn't take what the client want's into consideration. Her paralegal is very rude and overworked. I would tell you not to use this attorney unless you want someone who is going to side with the opposing party.

I took 3 almost 3 years for this office to get an expungment done. Normally, even with the courts backed up, it takes a few months to get an expungement. I was handed off to several employees before one finally took my case seriously and started working on it. I had to threaten and demand a refund before I started seeing results. A crying shame. Avoid this law office.

NO communication during processes unless you initiate. NO return phone calls when requested. NO oversight of office staff performance, or lack thereof. Absolute incompetence from every member in this office.
