The August 2016 complaint was made by a man who killed an innocent man then shot himself. I don't think anyone with that frame of mind should be taken seriously. Mr. Hill fired him as a client.

Bruce is about the worst attorney I have ever worked with. He changes strategies and talks a good game but always drops the ball. Other attorneys realize this and attack this weakness. You constantly have to refresh his memory about what your case is about and what the plan was. If your looking for a cheap attorney who won't do much for you. He is your man. If you are facing a tough attorney in court find someone else.

Mr. Hill did an excellent job for my elderly parents. He is a caring and informed elder law attorney. I'm not sure what the other ex-client was talking about when they said he wasn't prepared. Maybe they weren't forthright with him and all their information. It seems highly unlikely the other attorneys knew more about them than he would.

Mr. Hill represented me in a fall at a market. I had an opportunity to take $10,000 offered by the owner of the market's insurance company. Bruce inspected the location and felt I had a strong case. The year prior to my deposition Bruce did very little research into my past medical history. During the deposition, the atty of the market owner knew more about me than Bruce. He had given me a packet of my medical records to review before my deposition. The packet was so disorganized, it looked like it had been dropped. Bruce's preferred method of communication was e-mail.When I would e-mail him, I very seldom received an answer. We never had a one on one meeting discussing my medical history. He did become aware of my past medical history during the deposition. Two hours into it, he asked for a break at which time he informed me that he didn't feel I had a case and was dropping it. If he had done the research he should have done, he would have been prepared. My case could have been won.
