I completely agree with many of the reactions to Annette Burns in this thread. She wrongly accused me of terminating my prescription drug monitoring program after the Dr discontinued treatment. She worked collaboratively with my attorneys and the Dr who was in charge of the monitoring program. She wrote multiple knowingly false reports to the courts and defended by ex wife vigorously while she would take my parenting time. The day after I fired my lawyers, she ordered that my parenting time be suspended. She made claims that I was too emotionally unwell to be around my child. She made a contradictory statement a few weeks early and knew that I was a and am a great parent. I would have her executed if I could.

Do not use Annette T. Burns, she will drain your finances, and create a battlefield between the 2 parents. I feel she was trying to manipulate me into alienating my children from their father, which is something I'm strongly against. No Thank You Annette, shame on your business practices.

Annette Burns has destroyed our beautiful family that provided a healthy environment for my chiild and helped empower the parent that is mentally unstable and who is creating lifelong damage fir our child. She ignored the facts as noted in evaluators' reports as well as blatantly ignored the facts of our case which clearly demonstrated how the mother was a parent who was harming our our child. The child is a victim of severe alienation and needed immediate help. Burns stalled for months and flippently mislead the judge with untrue statements in her recommendations. If you know of the Az family law system, once the PC makes her decision rarely, if ever, does any judge go against it. Annette seemingly with vindictive intentions, made an unqualified decision that has already caused severe psychological and physical harm to our child. All PCs should be regarded with suspicion, Burns perhaps stands alone as being one of the worst!
