We were referred by our local Legal Aid Office for a simple child custody and support case. She talked a good game and of course got our retainer. We saw her twice very briefly at court she never returns calls, I have been without child support for over a year now as she hasn't sent in the order. She was to get the custody papers ready as all was agreed upon outside of court and its been 4 months no papers no child support and NEVER returns my calls. I am reporting her to the BAR association. I am a single mom who now has had to rely on my parents for help for 2 years because of her negligence. I guess the retainer she took from me was for her vacations she is always on when i call. Just so sad that someone would do this. And no excuse for not returning calls.

She does not call back. Lies in court. Doesn't keep up with her caseloads. Appointed as a Gal and only bothered to get one persons side of the situation. Never bothered contacting the other party and made a decision based off false allegations. Very biased to mental health and domestic violence victims she will go against you if you have mental health or are a dv victim. She doesn't talk to everyone to make an accurate opinion yet gives it to the court like she fully did her job but when is called out in court does one small thing just to look decent in front of the judge. I will be filing a bar complaint.
