Please don't make the costly mistake we made and hire Mr. Noyes. He is very available to client when you first hire him, but then he becomes very hard to get a hold of. For 3 weeks we pleaded with his secretary to talk to him and sent numerous emails asking him to contact us. He wasn't on vacation, didn't have an emergency and chose to ignore us. After he asked for an additional large sum of money to get the job done, we fired him. Weeks later, through our new lawyer and review of the file, we found that many important things were never done by Mr. Noyes. We wasted so much time and money with him. Our new lawyer has gotten more done in one month then he did in a year. We have asked him for an accounting of his hours spent on our case and he has ignored us for a month now. We now have to go to the Bar Association to file a complaint. I should have picked a lawyer that had a track record of good reviews.
