Mr. Pope is very rude and unprofessional. There is no confidentiality in the office. Everyone there including in the waiting area hears your personal information being blasted over the loud speaker that is his voice alone! He figures your future off the "top of his head" instead of a computer and excel spreadsheet. Many mistakes made that you have to spend time correcting and researching. The worst experience I have ever had. He has no interest in your issues or financial problems - only what you can pay down to him and when can you pay him the balance. STAY FAR-FAR AWAY FROM THIS PERSON!!!!

In my opinion he is ONLY in business to get ALL the money he can from clients.Never offers any info., and when ask,beats around the bush and your not sure whether he answered or not. He is not totally truthful in the answers that he does give. I would absolutely NOT recommend him as, he and his staff are terribly inept. All he sees is dollar signs!

Never has answers, never returns calls, gets paperwk messed up. Staff not helpful either, out of seven phone calls, they have never returned our call. It seems they took our money and ran. Messed up the filing on garnishment of wages, had to call to get that fixed (called twice)...after 7 months, still not fixed. Totally aggrivated by the lack of professionalism, lack of communication, lack of following through with what was promised.
