I cannot recommend staying AWAY from him as much as possible. HE WILL NOT fight for you. HE WILL chose to do the BARE MINIMUM, but will take your money. HE DID NOT work for us, he worked for himself. His excuses for NOT defending us was that he didn't want to upset the victim's family, didn't want to rock the boat, didn't want disgruntled people there. We lost everything when we depended on him to fight for us. WE PAID for him to fight for us, to attempt to do HALF of what he said. He did nothing. HE NEVER even spoke to the accuser. DO NOT USE him. He won't even make time to contact you or thoroughly prepare you for what may happen. You will have to stay on him to get things done. There were many factors such as the serious lack of communication that should have led us to a different lawyer, but you try to have faith. SO my warning is DON'T!
