This attorney and especially his office staff are rude and unprofessional. As a nurse taking care of a patient for whom he is a conservator, I was unable to get responses in a timely manner. His staff shouted at my staff and he hung up on us. Because of their mistakes the patient was not able to get proper care. Disgusted with this behavior.

Helped me out on a business transaction and a real estate transaction. Things went as expected in both. Fees were reasonable. Returned my calls in a timely manner.

Hobbs is a conservator over a member of my family. As mentioned in other reviews he only does what is best for him and not the ward or family. Also, as mentioned by another reviewer, he is good friends with the chancellor and it does no good to challenge anything he does. Hobbs shows no fairness between family members on issues.

Dee Hobbs and his office staff, specifically Page, are rude and unprofessional. As a conservator, he does not communicate timely and apprears to have very little knowledge of the system. If you are working with Dee - good luck to you. He may work hard enough to collect his $$, but you are not likely to see a dime.

As mentioned in the other reviews, Dee Hobbs is a very poor conservator. I am very knowledgeable of what the responsibility of a conservator is, and Dee Hobbs only considers what is best for him. He is also best friends with the chancellor so it does not do any good to go to court over any issue concerning Hobbs.

Dee Hobbs is a conservator over one of my relatives. His main concern is money and not the welfare of my relative. His decision making is for his interest and not in the interest of my relative or children.

I am an attorney and have worked with Dee as opposing counsel. He is well versed on the law and pursues his client's interests with skill and tenacity. It is obvious that the other reviewer does not understand the position of conservator. The conservator does not represent the family. He only represent the interests of the individual for whom the conservatorship was established. Also, every call that the conservator responds to, he bills for. So the more calls from family, the less money there is to take care of the family member. The job of the conservator is to do whatever is in the best interest of the disabled individual, not the family.
