Bruce Kaiser (WSBA #: 11258) was hired within two weeks of the accident. I was struck by a driver on clear sunny day on straight wide road where another cyclist and I were waiting to finish crossing in medium before defendant turned onto the street a mile away before hitting me. The impact sent me flying into the air resulting in permanent and semi-permanent nerve damage in both my legs, hands and wrists. Bruce explains since the impact was on the side of vehicle and not front on makes it 50% my fault and that I am lucky to have gotten the $10K in PPI plus $36k minus of course his expenses leaving $18,200 that would not cover one procedure recommended to regain some function. In the four years this attorney said he has compiled 300 plus page against me, which I have only seen maybe 20.
