He charges a lot for being Super Slow. I had brought in time all papers he requested in July 2011 to start my Case. I had even given him a good amount of $$ as a Down payment. Guess what? He cashed the Ck right away but my case didn't start but after Jan 2012. What a Rip Off. It was convenient for him, that way Ins will increase their rat and So his Salary.

I found Ricardo Skerrett to be very knowledgable in the matters that pertained to my gaining citizenship. His bi-lingual communication skills are excellent as he explained the process in a simple manner that anyone could understand. He is supported by a very good staff that followed up consistently. Anytime I was due a letter his office received them first and called me before I personally received a copy. During the interview he accompanied me and was in support immediately and gave me confidence and enabled me to become comfortable with the process. The fee for this service was quite fair. I can honestly say that Attorney Ricardo Skerrett had a trmendous impact in our family's life-a very positive one. He inspired us to fight, to continue and pursue our case. He was a trmendous source of comfort often contacting us to let us know the stage that we were found in. It is understable that some people wich and have the ided that everything shall be resolved quickly, however this is not true and it takes time to go throught the entire process. I had hired Ricardo to work on an employment based visa (H1B) and subsequent greencard process. For 9 months, he told me eveyrthing was going great in the process, all as scheduled. Until one day - pretty close to my deadline - he called me to say it felt through. Turns out, he hadn't managed to get through even the first part of the process (labor certification). I had to hire another lawyer to fix the situation, and he never offered to refund any part of the money I'd paid him.
