Never communicated the process clearly. Did not really help except for the filings with the court. He told me the reverse mortgage company would not foreclose and they tried. I asked for help with it and he did not help. I spent hours arguing on the phone with them. That was very stressful. When I would talk to him he made it worse. He would not listen and would cut me off. I felt like I had to take care of everything on my own without even a little bit of respect. He tried to get me to cheat on part of the estate and when I would not he became belligerent. On the phone he told me he would charge $750 to $1,200 for his fees. But I guess he got mad at out last conversation and charged me $3,600. I still have not had time to mourn. Between the stress of the death and the rev mortgage and cleaning and selling the house and the lawyer I never got a chance to mourn her death. Not helpful and definitely do not recommend this lawyer.
