Barnaby was terribly inefficient at handling my case. Not only did wait to order an investigation four months after my alleged incident, he also lied to me, telling me that "it would be unnecessary for me to take the stand, due to my fifth amendment right", and yet on the day of the trial (the day before the trial he neglected to meet with me and prepare me), he leaned over to me in the middle of my court session and told me I would have to take the stand, UNPREPARED. I got eaten alive in court. Save yourself $10,000 or more, this guy's a total ripoff and a weasel. You'd do better with a public defender or your cousin Vinny.
