Secretary was very rude. I was unable to resolve a billing issue ( on a bill that I do not owe ) . I asked for a detailed / itemized statement and she flat out refused to send that out. I also, think it is a legal requirement to tell me what i am being summoned for.

Just hung up with the supposed "supervisor" and she was a sorry excuse of a person. RUDE RUDE RUDE, wanted to jumpt through the phone at her! I'm not sure what they do here, but customer service is not it. I will continue to spread my experience about them through out the internet! Hopefully I can prevent anyone from dealing with them in the future....blood is boiling right now!!!

RUN AWAY!!! Unless you like wasting your time and money don't hire this sorry a $$ attorney. Rude, unprofessional, and cowardly. You are better of using Legal Aid services.

Very rude and short. Hung up on me and NEVER answered my question. Felt like I was wasting their time. Very unprofessional. Especially for a law office.
