I hired Anne to represnt me in a Custody case. It was one mistake after another. First she was hard to talk to. After taking my money I had to make a week advance phone appointment just for her to take a call. Next she failled to informed me about my scduduled Mediation Appointment until after the appoinment time. Next she made agreements with my x"s attorney to show up for "them" in court. Ms. Zimmermane also postponed my court date without letting me know when I took off work because she was to busy with other cases. She is know in Big Bear as a "Billing Machine" and boy is she. She lied and said she would take the Billing Hours off my invoice for the mistakes she made and her office but never did and then she OBTAINED A JUDGEMENT AGENST ME WHEN I WAS OUT OF THE STATE... for money she said she would correct on my Bill. I heard she was in financial trouble theroh the local grapvine (Big Bear is a small town) and is billing every client twice what she should. DON'T USE HER!!

I hired Ms. Zimmerman to assist me in finding a lawyer in another part of the state. She was quick, professional and represented my interests well. I have heard from her clients that, "She really works for her clients." I no longer live in Big Bear Lake, but if I ever need a lawyer in that town, she will be the one I choose.
