Avoid at all costs! This lawfirm is fraud. They are greedy, money hungry attorneys who dont know the law. They act sweet and caring and like they want to help, they then slap you with a huge $$$$ bill, but havent acomplished anything. The legal advice they gave me so incorrect and they created so many errors in their paperwork. Ask around town, they are the most hated lawfirm in Los Angeles. I am now $30,000 in debt to them, even after they said they would "work with me" in keeping the costs down. Pure lies. Do NOT use this lawfirm.

Do not go to Him. They open your wallet and hang on for 4 years at 100,s of thousands a dollars. They dont return Phone calls. He does what what you did not ask him to do. Over extends cases for his Gain. he will never tell you how long the case will last and Pads the Bill to the Maximum with hidden charges like changing a Lawyer midstream in a case.

If you don't accept any other free advice, take this with my best wishes. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ATTORNEY. He makes lots of claims about working for you and getting things for you from the other side, but he only cares about one thing, squeezing as much money as he can out of you. He's a miserable, phony bully. At first I thought I could use that to my advantage, but it turned out that he pads his bills by about 50% and does as little as possible to earn it. He's a bottom feeder, ****. Don't make the mistake I made.

This is a large office and they charge hefty fee's to support their large staff. They concentrate on the high profile celebrity cases and ignore smaller cases.

Very poor communication. He never explained the process of what I should expect to happen. Meetings with his firm always seemed very confusing and disorganized, and always expensive! He never set out action to get my case resolved quickly as I continually asked for. Instead it seemed his firm was always in reaction mode to the opposing side, which gets me nowhere, and continually runs up bills. He insisted to file my case in Santa Monica Court house, then later told me it would be best to move it downtown. This has cost me at least $2,000 just to move it with no furtherance of my case being resolved. They filed for a court date before we were actually ready, this also created problems and was part of the reason for the location change. This is when I had enough and changed lawyers to one that is interested in getting this finished at the minimal cost for me and looking out for my intersts.

would advise based upon my experience virtually any other, errors in their work. Law firms are known for puffing up their billing, but they use strategies to take this to an extreme, doing (or not doing)things to cause further billing on items that with their professional experience they could easily avoid.

He did not represent my interests. I have always felt that he collected whatever money we had, then sent us to an evaluator who had made up her mind before we walked through her door. His attorney's were rude, and occasionally unresponsive. He's a great salesman, and in my opinion you're better off buying snake oil.
