Very unresponsive to client once NONREFUNDABLE retainer is recieved. During recent divorce, little to no guidance was given regarding the process. Calls frequently unreturned, I was not informed of court dates. I actually learned of one through my ex's lawyer not my own. Overall, I felt unsupported and completely frustrated by Mr Lynch's lack of communication or effort. I was left hanging throughout the divorce proceedings which was mostly uncontested. Most of the actual work was done by my ex's lawyer who also complained about phone calls not being returned. A difficult and painful experience was made worse by Mr Lynch's lack of caring and support.A mediator would have been a better option and certainly less expensive.He probably logged a total of 4 hours work on my case to the tune of $5000. That's quite the hourly rate! Unfortunately, AFTER the fact, I learned from several other individuals that his reputation for what I experienced is well known. His once shining star has burned ou
