Alan Winik is a great lawyer who fights for his clients and dosn't just accept plea deals from the state. I would use him again if need be and have recomende him to many people and everyone agrees that he is a great lawyer and his prices are always fair. He let me pay him after my court date because I didn't have the money up front and he was cool with it.

he is tenatious and igotistical. he only cared about money and not the best interest of the children involved. he was non communicative and kept asking for payment and never asked about how my kids were affected.
