Yes but he's worth it :) I own a small company and have had law firms billing me less per hour but logging dozens of hours when John Bostany billed a fraction of the hours. It seemed that he knew where to start and had a knowledge base that was super impressive. I found the the Associates at Bostany Law Firm did not over bill or over research the issues. Also I wasn't charged for internal conferences between lawyers at Bostany Law

John Bostany is kind of expensive. We reviewed his bills compared to our prior attorney and he billed much less time for similar work so it ended up being a better rate. The lawyer did work that was necessary and in the end we were able to win a very challenging case involving the copying of handbag designs

Mr. Bostany tells it like it is and lets you know that you don't have the greatest case...he discouraged me from going forward with a case that other lawyers wanted me to file. John settled it by citing cases to the other side saving me a ton of money
