I signed a contract with Morgan & Morgan Nov. 14 to represent my Mother in a nursing home abuse/neglect case. After weeks, no one called me so I called and was told Michael Carter was assigned my case and would call that week. No calls came. I left at least four messages and no one called me back. On Dec. 26 I even informed them she was in hospice and was told he would call me that day but he never did. She died Sunday, Jan. 1 without ever being seen or interviewed When I called to complain, "Seth" hung up on me. I called to speak to Tim Morgan, he laughed at me and my tears and he hung up on me. For the people? The police and DCF are involved in this horrid case - and she died...but I guess it wasn't sensational enough for Morgan & Morgan.
