I worked for Brian for 7 years and the last thing words I would use to describe his character or his practice is unethical or petty, he is far from being either of those things! I think he is a brilliant lawyer and in my opinion, the only people who could possibly write hateful things about him have probably lost their case being opposed by him! He actually cares very much about people and all anyone has to do is drive down to family court and ask people there who have seen him in courtroom action about what kind of lawyer he is and I guarantee you will hear he is top choice and known as a show horse in those court rooms!

I wasn't surprised when I read in the newspapers that he was sanctioned for having an unethical relationship with a female client. he is a petty man with an unethical reputation I would google him before I hired him, Southern university graduate, they should be ashamed to have educated him, terrible lawyer!

Brian and I have been working for a number of years and he has always been a great attorney! I can call him or any one else in the office for anything. He is great in the court room and has earned respect from the judges and his fellow attorneys. He has represented me In many cases and throughout them all I was always satisfied. He is very blunt and straight to the point! He's always on top of the law he knows his law book like a bible. Overall he is not only just a great attorney but a wonderful man and caring individual.

Ever met somone an had the hair on the back of your neck raise an felt a cold chill rush through your body but you werent sure why? I was 12 first time this happened. Im now 18 an although I dont have any idea how good he does his work, or how he handles himself in the court room I can tell you what kind of "man" he is. Brian was "hired" as my moms lawyer to handle my parents divorce case which i consider half his fault but couldnt complete the case due to conflict of interest issues. I say "hired" cuz he wasnt paid by the dollar, though im sure his wife(who likely has no idea of this)would have appreciated the money much more than the way the favor for his work was returned. To all who say this man is a proffesional: every choice he made that i know about, says otherwise. Brian is one the best attorneys around this area. Don't believe the few bad ratings you see here they are most probably from people who have fought against Brian in court and lost, these people just wish they had Brian as their attorney.A+++ Highly recommended.

terrible terrible terrible!!! arrogant and cocky and thinks he knows your case better than you do. backs down to judge. i would not recommend him to anyone!! his staff is also terrible about relaying messages to him and they are also extremely rude, which is not what one expects when paying so much! FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY!!!!

Brian is a wonderful attorney! He knows the law and he was very fair and honest with my divorce. My children and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend him to anyone who needs sound advice and legal counsel while going through a stressful divorce.
