This lawyer is one rude individual to begin with. He has no respect for the client and he said his rate was $2000 turned out to be 8000$ In my dads succession. Communication was little to none. Stay far away from this little man and his business.

This attorney apparently doesn't have respect for anyone. In fact, he brutally kicked our entire family in our time of need -- both of our parents had suffered major cardiac events and extreme disability. He had been contracted by the bank but he didn't even know how to set up a simple trust account for us. Instead, he diverted attention from his ineptitude by telling the bank that we were frauds, then directed the bank to refuse to acknowledge a trust document and properly drafted powers of attorney and then had our parents checking account at Metairie Bank, which they had had for 50 years, closed while we were trying to pay for their care. In my humble opinion, the man is inept, unprofessional and a real psychopath. He even shouted at me over the phone and wouldn't let me speak. And, his secretary is rude and unprofessional to boot. My advice is stay far away from this small man. He is an embarrassment to the legal community.

His secretary told me she'd call me back. She didn't. When I called her again, and told her I needed to know what to bring to my appt, she said she'd email me. She didn't. I called again, and got the atty to email me a broad list that wasn't helpful. I emailed him back, and asked if he could treat me with the same respect he'd expect. He told me to find another attorney. I'm sure he's knowledgeable, don't know about his tenacity, work quality, or value. All I know is that the communications effort was bad, and that's too important to overlook. And he couldn't agree to treat me with respect, so it would make me wonder if he treats his other clients with any respect.
