I've never even spoken to him, but he's representing us in a loan modification. His office has pulled money from our bank account when they weren't supposed to, and then the refund checks we were sent to replace the money they took from us bounced twice. We are still waiting for this to be resolved and it's been several months. I'm nervous that this guy is a scam artist. I wish we would have gone with someone else.
