What a huge disappointment. Mr. Swain is apparently unable to conduct business adequately. Communication was almost nonexistent. Our family had to do most of the 'leg work' for him. Attention to detail is not important to them...especially when it comes to the $$ settlement. They then 'sat' on our settlement money for months until we were forced to sign an agreement that we were satisfied with their work. Yikes! I recommend that you Do Not use Stephen Swain. He needs to retire.
