As the ad litem in my change of costudy case in my opinion she was never unbiased. I don't feel she made any decisions based on present facts. While i took steps she advised my ex wife and I to take. My ex barely participated. Mrs.Warren told me that I should be trying harder to get my ex to participate more. I took that to mean that it was my fault and responsibility to make her a better mother to our girls.Mrs.Warren was very indecisive. Going back and forth between me getting custody or my ex retaining custody. In the end,days before court,after a conversation between my attorney and Mrs Warren my attorney assured me she had made up her mind again to side with me in this case, only to show up the moments before court and inform me that she once again changed her mind and would be taking the side of my ex. I provided her with plenty of evidence and in the end she chose to ignore it and do as she wanted instead. That is my humble opinion.
