This awful woman was recently on a case of mine. She doesn't listen and is very biased to only what she believes in her mind without evidence. She seems to stick up for criminals other than those who are innocent. She's only interested in getting her check and not in the best interest of children. She is a disgrace to the legal profession! She needs disbarred.

This is the absolute worst family lawyer in the country! She is very arrogant and lazy. She does not do her job even when court ordered by the judge. If you get her on your case go get a lawyer for your protection from this b**ch. I know of several people who filed complaints with the bar association. It would be great if she would lose her ability to practice law. She will reap what she has been sowing and when she does it is going to be real bad for her. I rated this way because she thinks she knows everything and she don`t. She does not know how to communicate at all she thinks she is still in California. Her only tenacity is making herself seem good not the best interests of the kids. Her work quality sucks she does not even do what the judge asks her to do for the next court appearance. She is too lazy to do some actual work. I see no VALUE in her ability as a lawyer!

This woman is not focused on the best interest of the children involved in her cases. She is only concerned with the power she thinks she has. She has a reputation inside and outside the courtroom that is not becoming of someone who has childrens' lives in her hands. Now that she is going to be a mother I hope she is faced with the misery she puts on other people. Terrible lawyer, waste of money.

She is really awful. She was my lawyer refused to listen to me. Furthermore, she made her own assumptions based on no facts. if you want to win your case do no use her.

If you have a GAL appointed to your case, wouldn't you expect that GAL to actually contact people with relevant knowledge? Not this lady....she makes determinations without talking to teachers, doctors, dentists, psychologists, or anyone else that would be able to provide information that would allow a decision to be made in the best interests of the child. She fails to listen thoroughly, hears only what she wants to hear, jumps to conclusions without any supporting facts, is pompous, and has a generally bad attitude. She is disrespectful and condescending, especially if she feels threatened by your intelligence, advanced degrees, etc. How she can sleep at night is beyond me.

I disagree with the other review on this lawyer. Yes she is tenacious and determined but when this works in your favor it's great. Obviously the other side NOT represented by this gal wrote the last review. I've used her and I'd do it again.

Ariella Garoob Silberman is way too ANGRY to be effective. Divorces are contentious enough, and she will make it worse. If you have found the divorce to be painful enough, avoid this very angry, angry woman.
